Sure, I could use the sunflowers from my herb garden for a beautiful bouquet. But this is a lot more fun! I’m leaving the flowers on the plant to fully mature and seeds to form. Then I cut them off and place them on a table right in front of my studio. Of course the Great tits are some of the first to take advantage but I have seen a variety of small birds, including woodpeckers, robins, blackbirds and finches.
