The squirrels around my house can really not be considered "wild" animals anymore. They are used to eating a wide variety of bird seeds, peanut butter and fresh apples. They take the suet blocks I leave out for the birds and drag them some place else to enjoy. I have had to fasten the apples to the patio with a skewer, but they still manage to enjoy them. It has gotten so bad that they actually chase the birds away from the feeder! Fast food for squirrels.
