Ordering Information Shipping/Delivery Information
Orders are shipped fully insured via UPS or parcel post, unless specified otherwise. A street address is required. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and foreign countries are sent via UPS Air, actual freight charges will be billed upon shipment. Items notated by a diamond symbol () are sent directly to you from our suppliers and require additional shipping time. Please see chart below for additional information.

                         

Express Delivery
Need an item in a hurry? Use our Express 2-Day Service. Call Toll Free 1-800-445-4833 before 11:00 a.m. (CST) and your order will be delivered within 2 business days. Express Service is available on phone orders only, so we can check product availability. Add an additional $15 per package, per address for gifts and unframed prints. Framed prints will be billed actual shipping charges. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes 3 days and is available for an additional $15, plus actual freight charges. Items notated by a diamond symbol () do not qualify for this service. top

Freight Delivery
As indicated in the item description, some items, such as furniture, will be shipped via common carrier and require additional delivery time. When ordering, please include your daytime phone number, and advise our telephone representatives of any special delivery requirements, such as stairs, etc. Basic freight service is for curb-side delivery. In-home delivery is available for an additional charge of $150 per manufacturer. Charges apply to points within the 48 contiguous United States only. Please call for special charges on deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. top

Return Procedure
Any merchandise found to be unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned for a refund or exchange. Simply follow the instructions on the reverse side of your packing slip, or call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-445-4833, Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-5 p.m. CST. All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and insured. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If your order is damaged in shipment, please hold the merchandise, the package it came in and notify us immediately. top

Reflection control glass is available upon request. All framed limited edition prints are shipped in specially designed cartons and delivered to your door with the artist biography, Certificate of Authenticity, and a pair of picture hooks. The moulding and mat combinations shown on our site represent just a sampling of the many style and design choices available to you.
