Orders are shipped fully insured via UPS or parcel post, unless specified otherwise. A street address is required. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and foreign countries are sent via UPS Air and actual freight charges will be billed upon shipment.
Items notated by a diamond symbol () are sent directly to you from our suppliers and require additional shipping time. Please see chart below for additional information.

Express Delivery Need an item in a hurry? Use our Express 2-Day Service. Please call before 11:00 a.m. (CST) to place your order so that we can ensure the item is available for express delivery. Our customer team can be reached toll free at 1-800-445-4833. Add an additional $25 per package for gifts and unframed prints. When sent Express, framed prints will be billed actual shipping charges due to their large size. Express delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes 3 days and is available for an additional $25, plus actual freight charges. In our catalog, items notated by a diamond symbol () do not qualify for this service.
Some large items including furniture will be shipped via common carrier (freight truck) and require additional delivery time. Please be sure to include your daytime phone number when ordering so that the driver can contact you to schedule delivery. Our basic freight service includes curb-side delivery. Please call us for additional delivery options. Special charges apply on deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and foreign countries.
Address Changes / Corrections If you are moving or if your address is incorrect please let us know by contacting our customer team at 1-800-445-4833 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your old and new address and, if you received one of our catalogs, the customer number found on the back cover. You may still receive our catalogs at your old address up to 8 weeks after making the change.
